Accident investigation and response is very important for TAC Law Firm. Our Admiralty/Casualty Response team, comprising of legally qualified master mariners (please see our consultants), regularly advises P&I Clubs, other insurers and salvors in relation to all aspects of maritime casualties, including collision, salvage, towage, groundings, fires, container losses, pollution, unsafe ports and resulting general average.
